Students Excel at Skills USA Competition
CPI secondary and post-secondary students from several programs competed at the Skills USA state technical skills competition held in Hershey, PA April 14th - 16th. Skills USA is a partnership of teachers, students, and industry working to ensure America has a skilled workforce.
The students performed well and represented their program and school with distinction. In addition to multiple place winners at states, Jessica Dugan (secondary Dental Assistant), Meghann Elliot (post-secondary Dental Assistant), and Nicole Rossman (Culinary Arts) will be competing at the Skills USA National competition in Kansas City, MO June 21 - 26. These students earned the privilege of competing at nationals due to winning their state division.
