Nursing Aides are responsible for assisting our RN’s and LPN’s by providing compassionate care and assistance to our patients. Previous Nursing Aide experience is preferred but not required. To be successful, the Nursing Aide must possess a sincere interest in helping people, display compassion, and have a solid work ethic. The base pay rate for our Per Diem Nursing Aide positions is $9.00 per hour. Our Per Diem Nursing Aide’s earn $11.50 per hour working the evening shift and $12.00 per hour working the overnight shift! As a Per Diem Nursing Aide, you can work a flexible schedule around your school responsibilities. The only requirements are that you work at least 30 hours every six weeks, and be available to work weekends.
