Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician will perform all routine and preventative maintenance in order to maintain the integrity of the property, as well as preparing units for occupancy and making necessary repairs to occupied units. On call duties are a requirement for this position. The position requires 2 or more years of experience in electrical, carpentry, drywall, repairs and installation of flooring, plumbing and HVAC. Good written and verbal communication skills plus the ability to develop a rapport with the residents and co-workers. Valid driver’s license required. Our Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
