Maintenance Position
We are looking for a reliable person to help maintain the property. Job details include various property issues plus the every day maintenance. Currently it is a PT position working no less than 24 hours/ week with a possibility of becoming a FT employee. There are no benefit packages for PT employees but we do pay mileage as well as a portion of the cell phone usage. The current pay rate for this job is $12.00.
