The Hearthside Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides exemplary heath care and rehabilitation services to more than 100 adults in State College and the surrounding areas. When and aging family member or friend requires professional rehabilitation care, we're here to meet that need in an atmosphere that optimizes recovery, comfort and independence.
