CPI, in cooperation with The Central Intermediate Unit 10 Development Centers for Adults, provides free educational services to adults in Centre, Clearfield, and Clinton counties. The services currently offered include Adult Basic Education & Literacy (ABLE) instruction, GED preparation, and English-as-a-Second Language (ESL) instruction.
